ACRONET has made a great leap forward as a pioneer of the CRO industry

ACRONET was spun off into a separate company from an IT company, CRC Solutions Corporation (currently Itochu Techno-Solutions Corporation), and has since developed clinical trial services centered on data analysis and data management.

1969 Started clinical trial services centered on statistical analysis of data
1990 Started data management business
1995 Became a member of the Japanese CRO Association of its inauguration at the time
1997 Entered monitoring business. Expanded business as a full-scale CRO
2001 Started clinical IT services (development of EDC)
July 2003 Spun off into a separate company, ACRONET Corporation
2004 Expanded business by Commercializing EDC system "ARCS+"
April 2005 Positioned as the core life-science business of the Itochu Group due to the capital participation of Itochu Corporation
2006 Started selling globally-capable EDC (eCaseLink) produced by DSG (US)
Started selling EDC systems (ARCS+PMS) for use in post-marketing surveys
